Impressive lineout work!
Chris Tau'alupe played an impressive game to be rewarded in the corner.
The First XV sits in the middle of the Press Cup competition. The game against Timaru was a heartbreaker, for after camping on the Timaru line for the last minutes of the game, they could not get the valuable try. The final score was 10-5 to Timaru.

Y9 Camps
Y9 Camps are always a great way for new students to make new friends and find their place in a new class. The Nydia Bay has been a great opportunity for form teachers to know their new charges as they will look after the students' pastoral needs for the next five years. Here 9SE tramp into their campsite.
The academic side of camps is important. Nydia Bay has a long history, both Maori and pakeha. Here Cory Whakatihi, watched by Tony Tandy and Troy Gilmore, rubs a stick of hardwood into softwood to create a spark to start a fire.
