What do your Accommodation Fees cover?

Most students are not entitled to publicly funded health services while in New Zealand. If you receive medical treatment during your visit you will be liable for the full costs of that treatment. For this reason it is a condition of enrolment that Travel and Medical Insurance is arranged either independently or by payment to the College.

Refund Conditions for Accommodation

1. If you move out of your accommodation before the end of your contract the portion of your accommodation not already used will be returned to you.
2. To have your accommodation fees returned, you must write to the Board of Trustees, two weeks notice is required for homestay. Payment can be made in lieu of notice.
3. If you cancel your accommodation contract before you move into the accommodation, your fees will be refunded in full less an administration of charge of $360.00.
