Quality Policy

Marlborough Boys’ College is committed to provide education, training and associated support services to defined and verifiable standards of quality.

This provision is designed to meet the expressed and implied learning needs of the clients, customers and community that Marlborough Boys’ College serves.  The College will guarantee certain entitlements to all its clients.

Such provision is made with a commitment to provide equality of opportunity regardless of race, ethnicity, sex, marital status or age. Given the implications of providing the necessary specialist requirements, the widest possible provision will be made for clients with special needs within the resources available.

The operation of the quality system to criteria laid down under New Zealand Government ISO 9001 is the responsibility of all College Staff.

The Quality Policy does not seek to reiterate the objectives already expressed in the “College Charter” which should be considered in conjunction with this document.

The systems designed and implemented in the College and defined in College Manuals of Operation are mandatory on all employees. Deviation from any system is expressly forbidden without the written approval of the Quality Manager.
